Trouble Making a Payment

 

We have been... less than thrilled with PayPal as our only payment portal. But they are one of the biggest, and they have some functionality that none of the other systems have, so for now that's all we offer. On the bright side, since your payment information is never on our server and is handled only by PayPal, you get extra security.

 

So for those times when PayPal is being problematic, take a deep breath and follow these tips:

First, if you're on the Payment Instructions page clicking on a button beneath the word "screenshot", you need to go to the bottom of the page and click "Pay Now." (Yes, this mistake has happened more than once.)

 

Second, do read the payment instructions page. It will help you avoid the pitfalls of accidentally signing up for a PayPal account when you just want to pay with a card.

 

Third, try switching browsers, using a different email address, and if possible using a different card. Multiple variables can cause issues in PayPal, and doing those three things will eliminate most of those variables.

Fourth, call PayPal Support at (888) 221-1161. Really, honestly, truly, there's nothing we can do on our end to make your payment go through. It's between you and PayPal.

 

If after all that you're still unable to make a payment, then while we are very sorry to see you go, there's really just not anything more we can do. You'll have to find a different school. :( Don't worry about your information being stored in our database; all non-paying registrations are deleted after a number of days.
